The ERG roundtable is a quarterly gathering of corporate ERG/Affinity groups and NAAAP representatives. The May meeting shall cover topics pertaining to goals and best practices. We will start out with reviewing the results of the NAAAP on-line survey so that we understand the needs and motivation of the members. From that, we will discuss and establish the high level objectives of the group. Then, we will break out into several small groups to discuss challenges and share useful practices relative to ERG maturity and leadership development. Lastly, NAAAP will present the program calender for the year and solicit feedback from ERG members.
